My great grandparents all the way down to me were parishioners at Mary Immaculate in Pacoima. My mother served as a CCD teacher. Most of us have moved away but M.I. (And other SFV parishes) is where many family sacraments took place. My grandmother APMT has metastatic breast cancer and is in hospice in Arkansas. Please, pray that she is granted the time, the health, and the strength to return home to California to spend time with her family, visit the ocean, hear the wind in the palm trees, and to be able to place flowers at the feet of Our Lady and to do the things she wishes with the time granted her, that she may have peace and be comforted, and that the family may also be blessed with her companionship. It will take a miracle, but I believe if God wills it , it shall be so. But I also believe that many united in prayer makes a difference. She is a devout Catholic who prays the rosary, novenas,listens to the Bible (she is blind), and has great faith. Please I pray this petition is accepted. Thank you.
